Before contacting support

• Keep the AlkTester powered on and nearby.
• Confirm Bluetooth is enabled for Reef Control.
• Include the device name, firmware version, and the exact message shown by the app.
• Never send a claim secret, password, or signing credential by email.

Safety

Do not operate pumps unattended while troubleshooting. Local test and cleanup interlocks remain authoritative even when the app or internet connection is unavailable.
